We don’t track hours and instead work in 2-week cycles (sprints). We’ll assemble a sprint in Trello based on what can be reasonably accomplished in 2 weeks. So before the work begins you’ll see exactly the volume of work you can expect. To give you an example for a standard Statamic website, you can expect a home page (with header and footer) done in the first sprint.

Billing cycles are based on 1 month period. Let's say you sign up on the 5th day of the month, use the service for a month and a half, and then decide to pause your subscription on the 20th. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 15 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
